Our focus is on the Lifeways of our ancestors more than political activism: there are many sites, many issues, and many knowledgeable people and we encourage you to get involved. But what you will find here are tools to help you get and stay grounded, no matter what your pursuits, interests, or challenges are.

As such, our primary offering is the Teachings of the Medicine Wheel workshop. The Medicine Wheel is a "system" given to the ancients long ago to be applied in many different ways, from the cosmic to the deeply personal. What we offer are rare and not often shared teachings that deal  directly with personal Life-patterns. Please visit the Medicine Wheel pages to learn how you can benefit.

We also present the Native American Lecture Series, as well as drum and rattle making workshops. Our schedule is current, and there is information on how easy it is to bring a workshop to your area; just send an e-mail.

Please note: we do not list ceremony. If you are intersted in that, introduce yourself via e-mail (see below) and we'll add you to our community announcement e-list. We do not charge for ceremony and we do not forward announcements of ceremonies that have a set fee. Workshops and lectures are not ceremonies.

Our Gift Shop is slowly taking shape. We now offer four CDs and five DVDs not readily found elsewhere. Our intention is to provide you with high-quality CD and DVD titles not widely known, but of great interest to the serious student, researcher, and writer. Eventually we will offer books. We recently added inexpensive featherboxes. From the Gift Shop click on the horseman for media, and on the featherbox to be taken to that page. We see no point  in offering what is on other sites: If it's here, it's unique.

Over the years it has been my good fortune to have met a number of interesting people, some of whom I interviewed for publication. These include Hyemeyohsts Storm, Beautiful Painted Arrow (Joseph Rael), Grandfather Bear Heart, Deepak Chopra, Gary Zukav, James Redfield and many others. We will eventually make some of these interviews available, along with a few other articles.
